I have been on the weight gain/loss roller coaster for most of my life. I was really good and losing weight and a subject matter expert on gaining. For some reason I couldn't figure out how to maintain.
You won't like what is written below but please stay with me.....
I learned that eliminating simple sugars is a must. Once I defeated my sugar addition, I was able to lose weight and now able to maintain. I know it's difficult to cut out the sweets and everyone has their own way for stopping bad habits. For me, cold turkey was the only way.
